Edwardian Terrace, Derby Conservation Area

An eclectic Edwardian terrace house full of pattern, colour, antiques and quirky, vintage pieces, reflecting the owner’s strong, personal taste.

The kitchen/ diner was remodelled to combine two rooms with the kitchen area relocated and floor levels changed . A new external doorway was created.  A bespoke, handmade oak kitchen was designed to compliment the antique haberdashery drawers sourced for a unique, kitchen island. Vintage French lighting was hung to add character.

The bathroom was designed to be a blend of new and old with a vintage, claw foot bath being the starting point.

Throughout the house, patterned fabrics and wallpapers have been used, old school radiators added and period features restored or added to create a vibrant, period, family home.
